Best Pizza in West Town, Chicago

This place is a such a great addition to the neighborhood. The Panuozzo sandwich’s were INCREDIBLE, I felt like I was back in Italy, that bread, whoa! Met the owner, Richard who was the nicest guy! I’m coming back for the pizza very very soon.

Mortadella sandwich was amazing, thin crispy bread baked in the pizza oven and better than any sandwich I had in Italy. Cool atmosphere, good music, byob, and lovely service.🤌

Fantastic pannouzo sandwiches - thin, crunchy, rustic baked pizza dough sandwiches, and just the right bread to meat ratio. Kale caesar salad was superb also. Convenient for walk in and take out, looking forward to the full menu. Good people too. A very welcome addition to the neighborhood.

So happy to have this place down the street! We tried two seasonal specials—shrimp po boy and passionfruit agua fresca—and the chicken parm panuozzo (pizza dough sandwich). Everything was excellent and the service was friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back!

Craft & Carvery is such an excellent addition to the neighborhood! My wife and I went, and I absolutely loved the brisket sandwhich. My wife got another sandwhich which she loved. Richard came and said hi and gave us a chance to try the pizza, which was out of this world and impressed both of us! I can’t wait to go back!
